Bacteriostatic water — Sterile water for peptide reconstitution. Supplied as lyophilised powder with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, third-party verified by HPLC-UV/VIS and mass spectrometry.
Sterile water for injection USP with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as bacteriostatic preservative. 10 ml multi-dose vial.
Use as the diluent for lyophilised peptides. Add 1–5 ml per vial depending on the concentration your protocol requires; inject slowly down the vial wall and swirl, never shake. Store at room temperature and use within 28 days of first puncture.
Store lyophilised at –20 °C protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days.
