1. Who we are

You can reach us at pepnordic@proton.me. These terms govern your use of this website and every order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them in full.

2. Research use only

All products sold by Fitpeptides are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, they are not approved by any medicines agency, and they are not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection or application of any kind.

You are solely responsible for handling, storing, labelling and disposing of the compounds in accordance with the laws, institutional rules and safety protocols that apply to you. Reselling, relabelling or supplying our products for human or animal consumption is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate closure of your account.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or company engaged in legitimate research. We may ask for documentation before releasing an order and may decline any order at our discretion.

You are responsible for checking that the compounds you order may lawfully be imported and held where you are. Customs duties, import VAT and any licence requirements in the destination country are your responsibility.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are set and charged in US dollars (USD). You can display them in euro or Swedish kronor using the currency selector; those figures are indicative conversions and the amount taken is the USD amount. VAT is added where applicable. Prices, product descriptions and stock levels can change without notice. Your order is an offer to buy; a binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch the goods.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either cancel the line and refund it in full or offer an alternative. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never store full card details on our own systems.

5. Certificates of Analysis

Every batch is tested by an independent, accredited laboratory and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is made available with your order. Purity figures refer to the analysed batch as tested on the stated date. We publish CoAs in good faith; they are analytical results, not a warranty of fitness for any particular research purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Fitpeptides name, logo, site design, photography and written content are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost research time, lost data or lost profit.

We accept no liability whatsoever for any use of our products outside laboratory research, including any use in or on humans or animals. That risk is yours alone.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are heard by the Swedish courts. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
