Dispatch

Orders placed and paid before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day; everything else goes out within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, at a weekend or on a Swedish public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received it within one working day of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then write to pepnordic@proton.me.

Delivery times

Sweden: 1–3 working days. Norway, Denmark and Finland: 3–5 working days. Rest of the EU: 4–7 working days. These are carrier estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and peak periods or customs checks can add time.

Shipping cost and free shipping

Shipping within Sweden and the Nordics is free on orders over $85. Below that a flat tracked-parcel rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Packaging and cold chain

Compounds ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents. Lyophilised peptides are stable in transit at ambient temperature; where a product requires it we ship with cold packs in an insulated liner. Refrigerate on arrival as stated on the product page.

Addresses and customs

Check your delivery address carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier, and a re-send after an incorrect address is charged at cost. Orders outside the EU may attract import duty and VAT, which are payable by you.

If a parcel is lost or damaged

Every order ships with shipment protection. If tracking has not moved for seven working days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email pepnordic@proton.me with your order number and photographs of the packaging. We open a carrier claim and replace or refund the order — see the refund policy.
